Description: In this class we will be working with plant materials that Rose (your instructor) grew, harvested and processed by hand to create a unique basket. Each basket will have a different pattern since we will be designing them as we go, using our creativity and design minds to place and weave in the pieces of bark. Each weaver will choose how and when to add bark and use a mixture of twining and plaiting to weave this beautiful basket. This basket is all about playing with design, using iris leaf and willow bark to weave this traveling leaf patterned basket.
Materials will be mailed in advance. The materials kit includes: willow bark, iris leaves, waxed linen for the border.

You may cancel your registration and be refunded by March 10. Cancellations after March 10 are non-refundable.
