CBBG members can collect red osier dogwood branches from Hoyt Arboretum on Wednesday, February 9. 

Arboretum staff cut the shrubs each year on the second Tuesday of February and make their cuttings available to CBBG. The branches will be piled on the roadside ata SW Bray Lane at SW Fischer Lane. (Google Hoyt Arboretum for directions.) You do not need to contact the arboretum; the Guild has made arrangements on your behalf. You may want to bring pruning shears to trim the branches and cord for binding your dogwood stems.
