Getting a design on a gourd is always a challenge, in this class you will learn to how to draw a Mandala (circle) design on a gourd. You can create a simple design or as complex as you want using a compass, protractor, ruler and pencil. You can finish the design using a wood burner/ pen & Ink/ puff paint/acrylic, it will be up to you.

Gourd needed:
Gourd with a flattish surface. Canteen gourds will work perfect. Welburns canteen gourds will be available for $7.50 there is a limited supply. To reserve a gourd email janewilson1949@outlook.com.
Tools Needed:
# 2 pencil, flexible ruler, compass (school compass will work), protractor, tape measure, circle templates, wet ones. Bring wood burner or paints if you want to start working in class.
