Willow apprentices are CBBG members who want to be trained in planting, growing, and harvesting willow. The aim of the apprenticeship program is to share information about growing willow for basketry and to develop future volunteer leaders who will maintain the Guild’s willow plot at Our Table farm in Sherwood, Oregon. We have scheduled the following training events. No reservations are required.

This will be a tour of a newly planted willow patch with planting demonstration and explanation of the planning process.
