Willow apprentices are CBBG members who want to be trained in planting, growing, and harvesting willow. The aim of the apprenticeship program is to share information about growing willow for basketry and to develop future volunteer leaders who will maintain the Guild’s willow plot at Our Table farm in Sherwood, Oregon. We have scheduled the following training events. No reservations are required.

This will be at the Guild willow plot at Our Table Cooperative Farm, 13390 SW Morgan Rd., Sherwood, OR.  Join experienced growers to evaluate the status of the willow, discuss maintenance and supply needs, and establish dates for future training and work events.  If you are new to this location, please meet at 9:45 am at the parking area along the entry road that leads to the Our Table store.
