Techniques: Open-weave twining, track border, footed base.

Tools to have on hand: Spoke weight, tweezers, pencil, flat ruler, small awl or screw driver, 4 wire twist ties, small cutters or scissors, spray bottle, soaking bin, small towel.
Description: Weave a decorative 8-9" trivet. We will open-twine in a spiral and finish the trivet with a track border and a footed base. We will use natural and dyed round reed.
