This year we are offering a work-exchange opportunity to nine attendees at the Guild’s Tidal Twinings retreat, September 10-14, 2025 at Camp Magruder (17450 Old Pacific Hwy, Rockaway Beach, OR). Help set up and break down the dining hall one day for all 3 meals and earn a $175 credit toward your retreat registration, meals, and lodging.

 Duties:

 Before each meal water pitchers are filled and set on tables along with cups; napkin holders are filled, if needed.

 Before breakfast, the chairs are removed from tables and table is wiped down; after breakfast tables are cleared and wiped down.

 After lunch, tables are cleared and wiped down.

 After dinner, tables are cleared and wiped down, chairs are folded and put atop table, and the floor is swept.

 Make sure all dishes are in the appropriate tubs.

Hours: Work shift will be one day - Thursday, Friday or Saturday. On that one day you will be responsible for work before and after each meal. You will work in a crew of 3.

You will need to be at the dining hall 15 minutes before posted meal times for set up and available at least 20-45 minutes after each meal for take down and clean up. Posted meal times are Breakfast 7:15-8am; Lunch 12-1pm; Dinner 5:30-6:30pm.

Ideal Candidate:

 Energetic, positive, and adaptable

 Team player with a willingness to help and learn

 Able to lift 20lbs above waist height multiple times

 Willing to forego a class on your workday
