About the Show

"Basketry 2018:  Anything Goes" showcases a variety of techniques and materials.  An assortment of functional, sculptural, and experimental pieces will be on display, created from both traditional basketry materials like cedar bark and willow, and man-made materials like wire and paper.  Construction materials include twining, coiling, plaiting, ply splitting, and random weave. 

The exhibit includes works by the following Guild members and artists:  Katie Allen, Rosey Covert, Patricia Donohue, Andrea DuFlon, Abby Goodman, Judy Green, Susan Hanks, Jeana Harrison, Linda Hendrickson, Carol Horvath, Carol Kast, Nancy Kiltz, Barbara Kommer, Carolyn Reznikoff, Janet Ronacher, Robbie Schmalenberger, Mary Gayle Van Ingen, Ruta Warren, Jane Wilson, Diane Woods, and Sue Yamins.
