Description: We will gather cedar bark from cut trees in Kalama, Washington, Thursday, May 25, 10am-5pm. Our partners in Kalama have shown remarkable support to CBBG since 2017. Please bring a gift of your work – a small cedar basket is suggested – to give to our hosts.

You can get as much cedar as you can process that day. Processing means stripping sections from logs and then removing the outer bark. Do not transport pieces with outer bark still attached; outer bark is to be left at the yard.
