About this class
You will learn how to twill weave in compact twining or plaiting. You will also learn how to space twine with crossed warps or spaced twining (small clam or seaweed baskets), how to create a pattern using various twining techniques and false embroidery, and how to finish the border.

Class Fee: $106
Materials: Spruce root for 3" basket is $250. Students may use their own material.
What to bring
Metal needle, small scissors and paring knife, container for basketry material, small spray bottle, and small hand towel. Bring a lunch and beverage, if you like.
