About this class   

This is a double-walled design in reed with twill caning that embellishes the outside of the basket. It is begun on a mold for the inner wall that is removed after completion (of inner wall). Inner wall then becomes the mold for the outside twill embellishment. Mountain swing handle on top.

Combined class & materials cost: $110 material fee payable to Jill Choate day of class + $64 class fee payable to CBBG.

Tools:

basketry shears, Weaverite tool (heavy duty packing), long tapered awl (think ice pick), water bucket, spray bottle, rag for wiping reed. Bring your lunch and a beverage, if you wish.
