Description: This is a special Coast Redwood (Sequoia sempervirens) gathering of trees cut from Hopkins Demonstration Forest delivered to SE Portland. This is a very small gathering with a limit of 6 registrants. Each paid gatherer will receive one 8ft long length (approximately) with a diameter of 4-6 inches. Peeled at the site or taken home.
Tools needed: Sharp knife, something to pry the bark off with (pry bar or large screwdriver). This will be a fast and easy task.
